Keen to improve your employability while at university? In the ever increasingly competitive job market, having the ability to refer to varied experience on your CV could make applying for roles once graduated that much easier. This event is a chance for all students to come and explore the possibility of volunteering opportunities and part-time work while studying with a variety of representatives from local and national organisations. Also available are the Jobshop and Volunteer services from Hull University Union to assist in any enquiries that you may have relating to experience and employability.
There are opportunities here that are appropriate for students at any stage of study, and the ability for students to be able to fit any of the advertised endeavours around their studies and personal life is of paramount importance. If you are keen to make a start on broadening your experience today, or are just curious to explore your options for the future, come to the first floor of the union in the haven/retreat area on 7/11/13, and speak to the range of representatives to find out what else you can gain from university outside of a degree.
