Getting to and from the event

There will be buses running from the event with a specialised service. Please see the timetable below.

We encourage all students to use taxi firms when they cannot use a bus, try and organise it before as they tend to get booked up.

Where can I get my ticket/where do I collect my ticket?
You can buy your ticket here.
Please bring your email confirmation to reception to collect your ticket before the event. Collection will be available from reception until 4pm on Friday 25th. We will have another collection at Asylum entrance, from 10am - 8pm on Saturday 26th.

    Can I bring a guest?
Each student can bring up to two guests each. Each guest must have their own ticket.

Where should I get dropped off?
Asylum doors will be the main entry to the event. Inglemire Lane is the closest public road.

    Lost Property
Lost property will be available from the cloakroom on the evening of the event. Anything left after the event will be our main reception on Tuesday 29
    th May.

What you can and can’t bring
Bringing your own food and drink is not allowed, there will be food vendors and bars open at the event. We also operate a Zero Tolerance drug policy which we remind all students is to be followed. Remember, it is no ticket - no entry.

    Valid ID
You will need to provide a valid I.D - either a passport, driving licence or PASS Hologram.

    Dress code
Get on your dancing shoes! We encourage a smart dress of style, but as always you are welcome to wear what you’d like (within reason).
