The Job Shop is the student employment service here at Hull University Union. We aim to provide our students with a wide range of part-time, casual and vacation work opportunities, both permanent and temporary.
Why should you make use of our services?
Employers can advertise with the Job Shop for free on this website. As well as this, jobs are displayed on iPads at the Job Shop desk in the Membership Services section of the Student Union building. Our service is extremely fast and efficient; adverts that are displayed on the website can be viewed by a large volume of students within a very short space of time. We can also email your vacancies to all registered students.
The University of Hull has a large volume of students studying a wide range of disciplines, including languages, business, engineering and law, among many others, so if you have a specialist requirement for a particular job, please enquire with the Job Shop via either phone or email and we will endeavour to meet your needs.
The Job Shop can also offer interview rooms and visits to the office for you to recruit student staff and holds an annual jobs fair in October, which is a great way to recruit talented student staff.
