A stunning multi-media show with a powerful rock band, classical string quartet, film projection and live storytelling, that tells the story of music legend Mick Ronson- the Spider from Hull.

Written by Garry Burnett and Made in Hull writer Rupert Creed, Turn and Face the Strange takes you on an audio-visual journey through the life and music of one of Hull’s creative pioneers. Featuring musicians who played alongside David Bowie and Mick Ronson, it charts the rise of the lad from Greatfield Estate who became an international guitar virtuoso and celebrated album producer.

One of the highlights of the Hull 2017 programme returns, so don't miss it.
