Hull University Ladies Basketball is a club that welcomes players of all abilities. Join to play basketball, keep fit, and meet some awesome team mates. We play competitively against other Universities weekly and train twice a week. Ladies Basketball is a friendly close-knit team. We aren't as crazy as some of the other sports teams but do have regular nights out , meals together and lots of pizza (thanks to dominoes our sponsor). We also take part in events such as the AU Trophy Presentation.
Last year we received Achievement of the Year! Also Julija received an award for her outstanding time as our President and our player of the year was Hazel :) We also plan to have a sponsored lay-ups event this year and get to the BUCS final like we did last year. Whether you have played before or not, come try out basketball! Find us at the AU Bazaar on Tuesday 27th or join the our Facebook group and ask any of our existing members any questions you have, we are a friendly bunch!
