The HU Yoga and Wellbeing Society aims at providing a warm environment for personal growth: physically, mentally, emotionally and spirituality. The benefits of joining our society would be, amongst others, to reduce the fares for our yoga sessions and other events (meditation sessions, meals, workshops, etc), but also to make friends with like-minded people, and also, in general, we could help you with lifestyle change, to start being more conscious with a happier and healthier life! :)
